Lives and works in Stockholm
The body is central to my work. It serves as a scale to measure and understand the world around it. I examine how the body can be used as material, in movement and in stillness. I look for similarities between my body as a material and the materials that I use, in terms of physicality. Textiles, wood and aluminum are my current materials of interest.
Choreographed movement is something I often return to. I use it as a tool, a language built on physical experience with its endless variations and nuances, highlighting the correspondence between the body and its environment.
